I've been a fan since 1996 when they first came to Philippines. Naalala ko pa, sa 'Sang Linggo NApo sila nag guest at si Agot ang isa sa mga nag interview sa kanila. Eleven years after, they came here the second time and had their first concert at Araneta. This year was their third time and it seems like that it's my lucky number.
The feeling is so surreal, I thought I would never meet them live, even from far away. Puede na kahit malayo at maswerte na lang kung makakapag pictorial ako nang up close and personal.

I have a good view of them, kahit medyo maliit, I was able to get short clips from the concert.
They started the show with their signature song "Everybody" emphasizing that the 'Backstreet's are Back'. The show started at exactly 15 minutes after 8:00pm. They do not have an opening act, kaya the show lasted an hour and 30 minutes. They only stop to change their clothes as a short video played on the big screen.
Kevin Richardson is my crush eversince, kaya lang, he quit the group kaya apat na lang silang nag-perform that night. Nick Carter is still the crowd favorite, when he has his own moments, ang lakas pa rin nang tili nang mga tao. Howie D is still the humblest. My crushes that night would be AJ McLean and Brian Littrell because of their constant flirting with the audience. AJ brought his DLSR camera out and ask permission from the audience if he could take pictures. Siyempre, super saya naman nang mga nasa VIP, they have their pictures taken.
Aside from the old, hit songs, they injected some new songs from their latest album "This Is Us". Here's one of my favorite, 'PDA'. Their shoes are glowing in the dark!

Nick who's wearing sleeveless shirt showed off his tattooed arms and made the crowd go wild.
Nakakainggit talaga ang mga taga-VIP. Four long-stemmed roses were thrown to the crowd sealed with a kiss from each of the guys.
In another performance, AJ threw a vest to the audience. Before the show ended, a fan threw a small sealed white paper bag to the stage. Nick immediately picked it up. He already owned it.
It was a smooth show. A DJ finished it off as the boys bid goodbye to the audience. Sobrang bitin though. Then when it is finally over, when some of the staff went on stage to clear the area, they found water plastic bottles half emptied courtesy of the boys. Hala, ibato ba naman sa mga audience. At saluhin at pag agawan ba? Hahaha! Sana may post naman nung mga botelyang yun with a caption na "I feel like I tasted Nick's lip when I drink from this bottle.' Ewwwww. Charing!
