A friend's job allows him to get perks of getting free passes for shows that are almost impossible to be seen live for regular people like me because of very strict booking. He was able to booked ourselves, thus, we were on yesterday's episode of 'Showtime'.
We saw a group of family that consist of a lola, a mother perhaps of the two adolescents, and their tita. They try their luck if they can watch on the same day without any scheduled booking and sad to say, they weren't able to join us inside.
After keeping us toasted under the sun for almost half an hour, we are finally allowed to enter the gate. We waited again for another half an hour to go inside the studio. It is very small from what expected that it should be as it looks like it is on tv. I remember from our tour guide that the cameras being used can take shots from an angel that would make the studio thrice bigger when seen on screen.
This is the tarpaulin outside the gate.
Inside: These are the judges seat.
Before the show started, we undergone briefing on what to sing and dance on the start of the show. The lyrics are shown on big tv.
The episode yesterday was dedicated to Anne because it was her birthday! Sorry medyo malabo kuha ni Anne. Ang likot niya kasi eh.
Back then, one big cake would be enough to celebrate's one birthday. I didn't count on how many, but I know they were more than 10 big cakes. I only took shots on three of them.
After the show, we are still scheduled for a tour on several studios. First is the Balitang K which has no permanent stidio. It was only set up on ASAP's, occupying 1/4 of it for taping on that day.
Next is SNN. (I have no photo with no person for this set) Naku, hindi ako nakikinig o gutom lang yata ako. It was also set up on ASAP's as this also has no permanent studio.
I clearly remember on what studio ANC was! It's on Studio 6. The room is very small as the tour guide said that it didn't required any audience. They are avoiding the possibilities of audience making funny noise or applausing inappropriately for very serious topics.
Those studios were already worth two hours of touring. Most of us wanted to go inside Wowowee to see Willia, but we are not allowed to enter as the show already started. But we are able to spot Willie's Ferrari car. Ang gwapo!
So much for that. I arrived home yesterday with headache, drilling inside my head because we are toasted under the sun and were put in a cold room. I woke up a while ago still enduring the pain and it only disappeared a few hours ago.
