Day 64, March 6: Fit-fit-an
I mentioned here about the challenge we started today. Ang usapan namin, OATMEAL at puro oatmeal based foods lang ang kakainin namin. This would only run for about a week and we'll see kung how many pounds we will lose during the process. In preparation for this, ilang gabi na akong nagdi-dinner ng instant oatmeal - as is lang, with milk na ang pinili ko para hindi mahirap lunukin. Isang malaking kahibangan, right?
Isang linggo lang naman ang usapan at malay mo, mag work! Kaya lang, magtutuloy-tuloy na sana, ang sarap ng ulam namin kanina, adobong baboy! Ang hirap hindi mag rice! Para hindi naman ma guilty, apat na kutsarang rice lang ang niligay ko, wahaha! Okay hindi na ako guilty, bukas ulit. Sana naman wag Morcon o Paella ang ulam, baka bigla akong mapa-rice ulit!
