I was browsing a forum when I came across a thread about the top movies of 2009 which led me posting what are mine.
Last Sunday, before attending a Christmas party and meet some great people, I was able to watch the movie 'Avatar' along with my good friend na itago na lang nating sa pangalang 'Ellie'. I was dying to watch the film since I got curious on what is the story about. I've read on some forums about the cartoon series of this movie and it's better that you don't have any idea about it as you don't expect throughout the film on what's gonna happen.
My number one movie for this year is "Avatar" because of the science fiction, action and some romance combined which is a great fantasy movie for me. If Avatar is not released this year, then my number one movie would be "He's Just Not That So Into You" which is a good chick flick as it showcased different stories of women who are in love and in to relationship. I am a sucker of love movies pa naman! (Taray!)
Ayan, walang spoilers para sa mga hindi pa nakakapanood! Ayoko naman matulad kay Ruffa na sasabihin kung ano ang ending nang movie! Hahaha! Speaking of Ruffa, I deleted my Twitter account since 21st pa. I just find it useless, so it's better if my account is not existing!
Merry Christmas, everyone!
[EDIT]
My title is top movies and I only listed two. Would it make sense if I'll enumerate several?
Time Traveler's Wife - I love stories with a little bit of fantasy, plus I read 1/3 part of the book version to understand the story fully, otherwise I would be left behind! I didn't watch it on the big screen kasi it is downloadable, but sadly, puro clear copy lang. I've only watch it once.
Orphan - I'm afraid of some scary shit that as much as possible, I avoid watching scary movies, but this would be the exception. It is more than the usual scary movies that it is one of the best movies for me this 2009.
500 Days of Summer, The Ugly Truth and The Proposal - such cute chick flicks that I love watching over and over again.
The best comedy film would be The Hangover. I cannot remember not laughing on any of the the movie with slapstick and punchlines plus you will be keep on hanging until the end on what happened to them during their night stay in Vegas.
Ayan! My list is complete!
